My family cultivates 450 olive trees in a small village located on the island of Hvar, Croatia. I have also opened a mill and tasting room to offer guests a different kind of tourism – one in which they would be able to enjoy our pristine natural surroundings. Our oil mill has received an award for advancements in the production of olive oil.
