Ripe Fruity Heritage

The olives for our Ripe Fruity Heritage EVOO are hand-picked from the Aglandau, Frantoio and Bouteillan varieties found in the orchards of Monfort in Haute-Provence and then pressed at the Moulin du Luberon, in Volx. This is a complex ripe fruitiness with floral and fruity notes like peach, red berries and ripe banana. In the mouth, we discover aromas of hay and broom. The bitterness is light in comparison to the ardor, which ends up peppery on the tongue.

About Maison Brémond 1830

Founded in 1830, Maison Brémond has always been a family business. Destined to remain a family story, it was finally taken over in 2015 by Olivier Baussan and his family, founder of l'Occitane en Provence, Olivers & Co, and the Ecomusée l'Olivier in Haute-Provence. The products crafted here reflect the passion of the producers and the qualities of the territory. The EVOO Heritage of Maison Brémond 1830 is our own orchard located in Montfort, a small village in the southeast of France.
