Cerasuola and Nocellara olives combine to make this blend with a medium fruity nose of greener olives. Very complex notes of apple and tomato with hints of aromatic herbs. This EVOO is sweet and fluid on the mouth, with a maximum balance between medium spiciness and bitterness.
