This oil is obtained exclusively from fruits of the Oblica variety. It distinguishes itself with its aroma of mature olive fruits, and it is mildly spicy and bitter, with a pronounced sweetness.

My family cultivated 450 olive trees in a small village located on the island of Hvar, Croatia. I opened an oil mill and tasting room to offer guests a different kind of tourism – one in which they would be able to enjoy our pristine natural surroundings. Our oil mill has received an award for advancements in the production of olive oil.
