Fortica Soltanka

This version of Fortica is a monovarietal blend of Šoltanka (Levantinka) extra virgin olive oil. The intense fruitiness of the oil is dominated by green grass, aromatic Mediterranean herbs and the fruit of the olive tree, leaving an interesting taste reminiscent of apples, artichoke and bitter almonds.

OPG Ivica Vlatković has 500 trees and 50 varieties of olives, of which approximately 50 percent are domestic, and the other 50 percent are foreign. The trees are five to 10 years old and irrigated with natural spring water.
