Ushimado EVOO is made using olives grown exclusively on about 25 acres of own farm in Ushimado-cho, Setouchi-city, Okayama, Japan. You can taste the aromas of fresh green fruits such as green apples, bananas and tomatoes, as light as fresh juice. Its bitter and pungent taste are delicate and mild in this sweet oil. Located in the hills around Ushimado, we have been cultivating olives since 1949. Using a combination of olives imported from unique regions in the world and olives that are grown right here in our groves, we strive to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oils and other products, such as cosmetics.
