Eva Marija Premium is obtained exclusively from the fruits of Oblica and Levantinka olives. The EVOO is marked by fresh fruitiness and the scent of freshly cut grass and olive leaves. Artichokes, arugula, bitter almonds and complex green vegetable notes dominate the taste. Spicyness and bitterness are well balanced. The oil is harmonized and perfectly balanced.

The Eva Marija Čurin farm was founded in 1997 and is located in the district of Gdinj, on the eastern side of Hvar Island. The estate comprises five hectares of specialized olive groves home to 1,000 trees and overlooks the Adriatic Sea. All fruits are hand-picked in the first half of October and milled within 24 hours by a cold extraction system.
