Our Signature brand is a blend of Frantoio, Coratina and Koroneiki olives. It is a green and herbaceous extra virgin olive oil with notes of fresh herbs (sage and marjoram), green tomato, green walnut and chicory. The oil is spicy, with high and persistent bitterness. The olives are cultivated in southern Brazil in the city of Viamão. We only mill very high-quality fruits, hand-picked and extracted within four hours.
