This unique organic EVOO is crafted predominantly from Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives cultivated in small family groves in rural Italy. The olives are hand-picked early in the season and transformed within hours of the harvest to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties. The resulting EVOO is a versatile olive oil with a mild flavor and notes of green almond and olive leaf, accompanied by a slight pungency and a delicate bitterness.
