This unique organic EVOO is crafted predominantly from Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olives cultivated in small family groves in rural Sicily. The olives are handpicked early in the season and transformed within hours to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties. The resulting EVOO is complex, with green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a fresh fragrance with notes of tomato, green olive and artichoke.
