Durant Olive Mill Tuscan
Milled At the Durant Estate Olive Mill, our Tuscan extra virgin olive oil has aromas of chard and ripe black olive, which are rounded out by a buttery palate with flavors of unripe avocado, nettle, green tea and toasted pine nut. This would make a vibrant pesto and is appropriate for finishing savory pasta sauces, herbed corona beans and roasted meats.
Where to Find Durant Olive Mill (formerly Oregon Olive Mill) is the first commercial olive mill in the Pacific Northwest. We are family-owned and operated, with an emphasis on being the best stewards of the land as we can. All our EVOO is milled on property, stored under nitrogen gas in stainless steel tanks until bottling in small batches on demand, limiting the oil's exposure to oxygen, light and high temperatures.
