The certification is obtained according to the strict rules of organic farming, including the production, processing, and packaging of the olive oil. The resulting EVOO is ideal for sautéing, as well as a dressing for vegetables, salads, pasta, soups and for dipping bread.
Where to Find The Dell'Orto family has strived to produce the highest quality EVOO with passion and love for more than a century. The company was founded by Vito Dell'Orto in 1870 and stands on the hills surrounding the beautiful scenery of the Sale River Valley. The property covers about 20 acres with 2,000 trees. Dell'Orto uses the best technology and machinery available. Dell'Orto is also certified for the cultivation of organic and PDO olives.
