This extra virgin olive oil is made from Picuda olives harvested in October and November. It stands out for its complex, intense green aroma and tasting notes of green apple, green almond, green tomato, banana, tomato, and artichoke. Herbaceous notes remind us of freshly cut grass and wheat. In the mouth, it surprises us with a very balanced bitter and spicy medium.

About Aceites Canoliva

Aceites Canoliva started on March 16, 2015, when Pepe Cano brought his sons into the family company and embarked on a new business venture with them. Cano learned the business from his father, Antonio, in 1968, when the family settled in the town of Luque, Córdoba, and purchased and restored a 100-year-old traditional mill. In the 1980s, Cano broadened his horizons and started conducting research on the different olive varieties to obtain his oils. This effort led to numerous awards.
