Byzantium Anna is an early harvest EVOO. It is produced from olives grown in the foothills of the Ida Mountains and the gardens of Troy. This distinctive extra virgin olive oil is made with olives grown in the villages of Mecidiye, Geyikli and Çanakkale, giving a bold taste, low acidity and unique aromas. It pairs with: white cheese, white meats and fish, bitter greens, salads, pastas, pizzas, soups, grilled veggies and can be used for bread dipping.

About Darvari̇ Gida Tarim

Our company is based in the northwest of Turkey. Our city is Çanakkale (Dardanelles), and our farm is in the Mecidiye village, near Geyikli and Troy. We have around 30 hectares of olive farms, including about 6,000 olive trees (most older than 100 years) and more than 10,000 trees from our nearby farmers. We carefully monitor, support and organize them to receive the best quality of olive.
