Our EVOO is made from olives that were harvested early and cold-pressed to preserve the naturally high quantity of polyphenols. Our Memecik olives grow in the fertile soil of Assos, known for its natural richness and mild climate. The result is an oil with scents of fresh grass, almonds, tomato leaves and black pepper.

About Buta Assos Gida San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti.

Our olives are grown in the Assos region of the North Aegean, on the foothills of the Ida Mountains, in a completely ecological environment, fed with rich oxygen and pure water. We harvest our olives by hand and use Mori-Tem technology to turn them into delicious and valuable extra virgin olive oil.
