This high-quality EVOO is produced from Oblica, Leccino, Asceolana, Frantoio, Istarska Bjelica and Buza olives. The olives are picked by hand and transformed the same day immediately after harvesting using a cold press. After the oil is in barrels for 30 days, we bottle it and prepare it for storage and sale. The oil is of exceptional quality and has a fruity taste with balanced bitterness and spiciness.

Our olive grove is located in the village of Grgurice on the fertile Ravni Kotari plain near Zadar and Posedarje, at the foot of the Velebit mountains. Clean air, a mild climate and sea salt give the soil special properties ideal for growing olives. In 2006, our father planted the first olive trees as his retirement hobby, which we increased in the following 10 years to around 460 trees. In 2021 the production received the "HR-EKO" Certificate -03 EU-Agriculture" for organic production.
