Antico Frantoio Doglia
Antico Frantoio Doglia's special characteristics are strictly connected to the terroir of Impruneta: a combination of sun, altitude, wind and clay gives our EVOO a fresh flavor and endows it with polyphenols, healthy fatty acids and vitamins. Our EVOO is obtained from hand-picked olives during the first part of the harvest, which are quickly cold pressed. It is a blend obtained from original Tuscan cultivars: medium fruity, bitter and spicy. It is harmonic with notes of fruit and vegetables.
Where to Find Our mill is in Impruneta at the gate of Florence, located in an old farmhouse surrounded by olive trees. The owners are two young sisters who graduated in physics and wildlife sciences. They decided to dedicate themselves to their land. Our olives are hand-picked and pressed using the latest technology. Cold pressing, filtering and storage in stainless steel contribute to the oil’s high quality: the concentration of its polyphenol and nutrients and the preservation of its aromas.
