This is our 100-percent Frantoio monovarietal. It is light, green, grassy and not shy, with a bold and peppery finish. The oil boasts fresh notes of green apple, green tomato and fresh walnut flavor and green grassy notes. It ends with its buttery texture and peppery sensation. This season's Frantoio turned out as expected. Timing is everything. Getting it out of the orchards and into the mill is the key.
